About this plant
The pineapple plant is one of the bromeliad family and is therefore also called the Bromelia Pineapple/Pineapple or the Anti-snoring plant.
With its tropical appearance, the Bromeliad pineapple puts a smile on everyone's face! There are no fewer than 2800 different Bromeliad species and the pineapple is one of them. Originally, the plant occurs in nature in Central and South America. The pineapple is not edible but does provide some extra color and scent in the house. The special thing about this plant is that it releases oxygen at night instead of during the day. A perfect plant for the bedroom! And not unimportantly, the pineapple plant can also help against snoring.
Our care tips
Ornamental pineapple likes a light spot, but not in full sun. Water generously in the rosette that serves as a reservoir and sparingly in the potting soil. If the air inside is very dry, misting with the plant sprayer is a real treat for pineapples. Plant food once every three weeks keeps the bloom beautiful and rich
