The Beaucarnea, or elephant's foot, is native to tropical and subtropical regions in Asia and Africa. This stylish, easy-care plant is 3.5 years old before the smallest variant is sold. Older plants can live up to 15 years before they leave the nursery! Tip from our grower: 'Make sure the leaves can hang freely, because if they make contact with a wall, cupboard or curtain, they can turn brown'.

Lots of light, not in the bright sun. Ideal temperature 20 ºC. Keep moist, potting soil must not dry out. Fertilize once a month. In winter keep the plant slightly drier. Long shelf life.
