All our plants and flowers are cultivated with great care and attention. Orders also go through various quality checks, so you can count on the plants or flowers ordered by you to be perfectly healthy. That is why we offer Plant Guarantee. With this we guarantee that your plants will be delivered to your home in a good and healthy condition. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, you can report this to us immediately and we will always come up with a suitable solution and, in consultation, see what the best option is > send a new plant or refund your money. If you want to be eligible for this, we ask you to report to our customer service, stating your order number, complaint and attach photos of your plants.

Cancel of your order
You can always cancel your order before your order has been shipped. If you would like this, it is best to send us an email with the order number of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. You will always receive a response from our customer service within 24 hours.
Returning your order
In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving any reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, Plants & Flowers are exempt from this right because of the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand by the quality of our products and that is why we also offer our own Plant Guarantee.
If you have a complaint about your order, the delivery or anything else, please contact our customer service. We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution. Even if it falls outside the legal warranty.
If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example a pot, vase or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the 14 days stated above after receipt and without further statement of reason. For this you can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the withdrawal form attached below. You can fill out this form and email it to us or include it in the package.
