Every plant or flower is unique, so 1 on 1 is almost impossible. Slight variations in size and/or shape are possible. We offer a plant guarantee on all our plants and guarantee our quality 100%. Our plants also come directly from the Dutch grower and every order passes several quality checks before it is allowed to leave our distribution center.
Yes 100%! We only work with a selected number of nurseries that offer high-quality plants through sustainable cultivation methods. All suppliers we work with are also actively committed to having the smallest possible Co2 footprint.
Frequently Asked Questions - Packing & Shipping
Depending on the type of plant or flower, all orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days and delivered to your home within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. The same processing time applies to orders in other European countries, but delivery can take up to 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order until the specific delivery time.

Frequently Asked Questions - Warranty & Returns
In principle, consumers within the EU always have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt and without giving any reason. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. However, Plants & Flowers are exempt from this right due to the freshness and perishability of these products. Nevertheless, we stand for the quality of our products and that is why we also offer our own Plant Guarantee.
If you have a complaint about your order, the delivery or anything else, please report it to our customer service . We always take your complaint seriously and will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution. Even if that is not covered by the legal guarantee.
If you have ordered a product that is not fresh and/or perishable (for example a pot, vase or accessories), you also have the legal right to return your product within the above 14 days after receipt and without further statement of reasons. . For this you can return the order in good condition in the original packaging or another sturdy cardboard box. If desired, you can also use the withdrawal form.
